Site-Investigation Services – Framework Agreement For Measurement And Soil Investigations And Soil Laboratory Investigations In The Years 2025-2027 And, As An Option, The Year 2028. The Service Subject To The Contract Concerns The Measurement And Soil Studies And Soil Laboratory Studies Needed For The Community Engineering Planning Of The Municipality Of Kirkkonummi. The Service Subject To The Contract Is Used By Kirkkonummi Municipalitys Planning And Traffic System Services, House Building Investment Services, Water Supply Facility And Municipal Engineering Investment Services For The Needs Required By The Planning Tasks They Carry Out. The Scope Of The Service Covered By The Contract Does Not Include Measurement And Soil Studies Or Soil Laboratory Studies That Are Part Of The Development/Joint Projects Implemented In Cooperation Between Kirkkonummi Municipality And Ely Or Väylä. The Service Subject To The Contract Does Not Include The Measurement And Soil Studies And Soil Laboratory Studies Included In The Contract Procurements That Are Part Of The Implementation Phase Of The Investment Projects Of Kirkkonummi Municipalitys Community Engineering Industry. However, Units Using The Customers Contract Have The Right To Acquire, On The Basis Of This Contract, Measurement And Soil Studies Related To Investment Verification Measurements And Soil Laboratory Studies Related To Investments Under The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement. The Procurement Contract Is Implemented As A Framework Arrangement.
