The First Part Of The Order Includes: Performance Of Audits And Training In The Field Of Cybersecurity - Organizational And Competence Area As Part Of The Project Cybersecure City Of Dynów - System Of Secure Copies For Cybersecurity Of Key Resources Of The City Of Dynów.1. Performing Audits Of The Information Security Management System (In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of April 12, 2012 On The National Interoperability Framework, Hereinafter Referred To As Kri) For The Dynów City Hall (3 Pieces); Audits Must Be Performed In Accordance With Kri With Elements Of The National Cybersecurity System In The Context Of The Information Security Management System And Must Be Consistent With The Guidelines Of Control Authorities. The Audit Team Is Also Obliged To Verify Compliance With Other Regulations, Including: In The Scope Of: − Assessment Of Compliance With The Provisions On The Protection Of Personal Data (E.G. Gdpr), In The Context Of Data Management And Information Security And Cybersecurity; − Verification Of Compliance With National And International Norms And Standards In The Field Of Information Security And Cybersecurity. Implementation Of Audits In The Above-Mentioned Areas Will Allow For A Comprehensive Assessment Of The State Of Information Security, Interoperability And Cybersecurity At The Dynów City Hall, Identification Of Potential Gaps And Risks, As Well As Recommendation Of Appropriate Countermeasures And Improvements.2. The Audit Report Should Include: − Description Of The Scope Of Audit Work Performed: Detailed Presentation Of The Methodology, Tools And Scope Of Tests And Analyzes Performed. − Analysis Of Information Collected During Audits: Presentation And Discussion Of Test Results, Including Identified Vulnerabilities And Potential Risks. − Conclusions And Recommendations Regarding Solutions To Existing Problems: Development Of Proposals For Corrective Actions, Recommendations For Improving Security And Risk Minimization Strategies. − Verification Of Technical Aspects: Detailed Analysis Of The Security Of Websites, E-Mail Services, Local It Networks And Connections To The Internet, Along With Recommendations For Improving And Maintaining A High Level Of Security.3. The Audits Are To Be Carried Out At The Headquarters Of The Municipal Office In Dynów During The Project Implementation Period.
