The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Acting As The Contract Engineer In The Field Of Consulting And Supervision Over The Drilling Of The Barlinek Gt-1 Thermal Water Exploration And Appraisal Well In The Town Of Barlinek, Together With The Performance Of Laboratory Tests And The Development Of Appropriate Documentation During The Performance Of Works And Works Specified In The Works Design Geological Works For Drilling An Exploration And Appraisal Well For Thermal Waters Barlinek Gt-1 In The Town Of Barlinek” In Order To Drilling The Barlinek Gt-1 Well On The Land Property With Registration Number 560/16, District 1 Barlinek In The Town Of Barlinek For The Exploration And Evaluation Of Thermal Water Resources.2. The Scope Of Geological Works Was Specified In The Geological Works Project For Drilling The Barlinek Gt-1 Thermal Water Exploration And Appraisal Well In Barlinek. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Activities And Responsibilities, Is Included In The Contract, The Draft Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described - I.E. They Consist In Maintaining The Same Minimum Technical Parameters , Qualitative And Functional.5. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Their Description Or Standards.6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Accordance With Section 4.
