The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Lifting Devices Subject To Approval By The Office Of Technical Inspection And Their Ongoing Repairs. 1) The Obligation To Conduct Constant Maintenance Of Lifts Results From The Technical Supervision Regulations Dt-De-91/Wp-1-4 And The Maintenance Instruction Il-L Of The Device Manufacturer. In Accordance With The Journal Of Laws 2018, Item 2176 On The Technical Conditions Of Technical Supervision In The Field Of Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Material Handling Equipment.2) Maintenance Is A Set Of Activities Aimed At Reducing The Wear Of Individual Parts Of The Lift And Maintaining Them In A State Of Full Readiness For Operation, As Well As Ensuring Uninterrupted And Safe Operation Of The Lift.3) Lift Maintenance Includes Activities Related To:• Cleaning,• Inspection In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Supervision Regulations Technical Information And Applicable Maintenance Instructions, • Lubrication Of Individual Elements And Assemblies And Replenishment Of Greases And Oils, • Inspection And Adjustment Of Individual Mechanisms And Assemblies, • Tightening Of Nuts, Bolts, Screws, Etc., • Minor Repairs And Replacement Of Some Parts Of Devices (For An Additional Fee) .• Replacement Of Damaged Or Worn-Out Batteries On All Passenger And Passenger-Goods Lifts Used For Emergency Descent And Maintaining The Lighting In The Cabin (For An Additional Fee Fee).• Documentation And Measurements After The Non-Destructive Testing Of The Hook Performed By A Company Authorized By The Office Of Technical Inspection Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Separate Order.4) The Scope Of Maintenance Activities Necessary To Be Performed At Each (Monthly) Inspection Includes The Elements Indicated In The Swz Chapter Iv.5) Ordering Party Provides For The Performance Of Additional Works Consisting In Current Repairs, Including: Delivery Of Equipment, Consumables And Parts Necessary For The Proper Operation Of Lifting Equipment, Which Are The Subject Of The Contract, Whereas In The Case Of Repair, Reconstruction, Expansion, Changes In Configuration, Programming, Cleaning, Etc., After Random Events, Devastation, Mechanical Damage, As Well As After Damage Caused By Operation By The User Inconsistent With The Manufacturers Instructions, Settlement Will Be Made After The Activities Have Been Performed And According To The Valuation Presented By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Using The Contractual Rate For A Service Technicians Man-Hour And The Price For The Delivered Devices And Materials, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Price List.
