The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Part Or All Parts Of The Order.3. The Assortment Indicated In All Parts Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, With Technical Data Clearly Identifying The Product And Its Technical Parameters.4. The Delivered Parts Will Be In The Original Packaging Marked With The Manufacturers Logo - Trademark And Will Have The Manufacturers Catalog Number On The Packaging. They Must Be Approved For Use In Accordance With § 10 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Spare Parts For The Agricultural Tractor In Accordance With The Assortment And Price Form, Part I, Constituting Annex No. 2A To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of Spare Parts In An Amount Of 20% Of The Values Indicated In Annex No. 2A To The Swz. It Is Possible To Modify Individual Items And Order Levels Within The Contract Amount. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Failure To Order All Quantities Of Spare Parts Included In The Assortment And Price Forms.7.
