Interactive Boards Of The Viewsonic Ifp-8652 Model Are Already Being Used At Various School Locations In The Mülheim City Area. In Order To Further Expand The Equipment Ratio Of The Classrooms And Ultimately Ensure Full Equipment, The Delivery And Assembly Of The Viewsonic Ifp-8652 Is Hereby Put Out To Tender. The Reference To The Aforementioned Product Name Is Justified According To The Requirement In Accordance With Section 31 Paragraph 6 Vgv. The Intention Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 3 Of The Procurement Ordinance (Vgv) With A Supplier. The Best Bidder Will Be Commissioned To Deliver, Install And Assemble The Full Delivery Quantity For A Maximum Contract Period Of 24 Months. Within The Contract Term, Individual Orders Or Call-Off Orders Will Be Placed In Text Form By Fax Or Email. The Interactive Displays Are Installed And Assembled On-Site At The School Locations After Delivery. The Contract Begins On February 1St, 2025. The Minimum Contract Period Is 12 Months And Can Be Extended Once For Another 12 Months With A Notice Period Of 3 Months Before The End Of The Minimum Contract Period. This Framework Agreement Ends By January 31, 2027 At The Latest Or Earlier If The Maximum Contract Volume Listed Below Is Reached Early Or The Option To Extend By 12 Months Is Not Taken Up.
