1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Transport And Storage Services Of Corpses And Human Remains From The Place Of The Incident Or Discovery Of The Body To The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor In The Area Of Operation Of A Given District Prosecutors Office And From The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor To Specialized Forensic Medicine Institutions Outside The Area Of Operation Of A Given District Prosecutors Office, After Receipt Of The Order By Telephone (Orally) Or In Writing Sent By Fax Or E-Mail.2) Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Lot No. 1 - Concerns The Area Of Operation District Prosecutors Office In Ciechanów And Covers The City Of Ciechanów And The Communes: Ciechanów, Glinojeck, Gołymin-Ośrodek, Grudusk, Ojrzeń, Opinogóra Górna, Regimin And Sońsk.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
