The Subject Of The Order Is Organization Of An Artificial Ice Rink In The City Square, Including In Particular: Stage I: Transport And Assembly Of Elements Of The Ice Rink And Tent Hall: 1) Transport Of Elements Of The Ice Rink To The Assembly Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Ul. 3 Maja Square (City Square);2) Transport And Assembly Of Hall Elements With Dimensions Of 15 M Width, 40 M Length, Side Wall Height 3 M, Steel And Aluminum Structure, Walls With Transparent Windows, Roof Color: White, Attached To The Ground With Metal Anchors;3) Dismantling The Cubes In The Tent Anchoring Places; 4) Laying Out And Preparing For Use An Artificial Ice Rink Based On A Cooling System Based On Pe Pipes With Dimensions Of 15X34 M; 5) Delivery Of A Refrigeration Unit; 6) Filling The Installation With A Cooling Agent Such As: Water Solution Of Ethylene Glycol With A Concentration Of 35% In The Amount Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The System With Containers For Its Storage; 7) Securing The Ground For The Ice Rink; 8) First Assembly And Start-Up Of The Installation And Formation Of The Ice Layer; 9) Setting Up The Bands; 10) Delivery Of The Rolba Ice Care And Maintenance Device And Other Necessary Machines; 11) Setting Up Equipment Elements; 12) Providing Free Service During The Term Of The Agreement; 13) Training Of At Least 4 Employees Appointed By The Ordering Party. 14) Equipping The Subject Of The Order With Instructions For Use And Fire Protection Instructions; Stage Ii: Period Of Operation (Lease, Service And Technical Advice) In Accordance With The Content Of § 6 Of The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Stage Iii: Dismantling And Transport Of The Ice Rink And Tent Hall And The Accompanying Infrastructure1) Dismantling All Elements Of The Ice Rink And Tent Hall Immediately After The End Of The Operation Of The Ice Rink And After Defrosting The Surface;2) Reassembly Of The Pavers After Dismantling The Roof;3) Removal Of All Elements Of The Ice Rink And Tent Hall Along With With Accompanying Infrastructure; 4) Management Of Waste Remaining During The Works, Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition And Tidying Up Terrain.
