1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment And Teaching Aids In The Form Of Specialized Software With Licenses For Public Primary Schools In The Pionki Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Educational Software With Licenses, 2) Computer Hardware (Laptops And Monitors), 3) Multimedia Floors. 2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Government Program For Developing School Infrastructure And Competences Of Students And Teachers In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies - Active Board. 3. The Order Includes Installation Of Equipment (Multimedia Monitors And Multimedia Floors, Etc.) As Well As Staff Training - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Opz. 4. All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Have A Ce Declaration, 2) Have An Iso 9001 Declaration For The Manufacturer, 3) Be Brand New And Free From Third Party Rights, 4) Have The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use, Prepared In Polish, 5) Have A Manufacturers Warranty Period Of At Least 2 Years (Or More In Accordance With Opz). 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
