Ensuring Traffic Service By Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Rail Passenger Transport Within The Operating Group Severojijní Železnice Iii In Part Of The Territory Of The Liberec Region In The Sense Of § 3 Par. 2 Zvs And To The Extent Stipulated By The Contract. Traffic Service Will Be Provided On Sections Of The Tracks In The Territory Of The Liberec Region And The Ústí Region. With The Consent Of The Hradec Králové Region, The Central Bohemian Region And The Capital City Of Prague, Also On The Territory Of These Regions, Or After Prior Agreement With The Competent Public Authority Of Another State, I.E. The Free State Of Saxony (Federal Republic Of Germany) And The Lower Silesian Voivodeship (Poland) In The Neighboring Territorial District. Approximately The Current Range Of Sub-Performances With A Parallel Center Of Gravity Will Be Ordered, Or Connecting With National Transport Trains Ordered By The Ministry Of Transport On Lines R14 Pardubice - Liberec - Ústí Nad Labem, R21 Prague - Mladá Boleslav - Turnov - Tanvald And R22 Kolín - Mladá Boleslav - Česká Lípa - Nový Bor - Rumburk - Šluknov And In Their Vicinity With Possible By Supplementing Performances On Connecting Lines. A Substantial Part Of These Are Concurrent System Routes That Are Not Covered By The Long-Distance Transport Order Of The Ministry Of Transport, Or Follow-On Services Supplementing Or Expanding The Transport Connections Of The Regions (For Example, By Serving The Stations Nová Paka, Lomnice Nad Popelkou, Jičín, Sobotka, Kolín, Prague, Josefův Důl, Harrachov, Szklarska Poręba Górna, Jelenia Góra, Svor, Mikulášovice Lower Railway Station, Ebersbach) Including Embedded, Reinforced And Tourist Connections. On The Basis Of This Notification, It Is Possible To Conclude One General Or Even Several Contracts On The Obligation Of Public Service In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Rail Passenger Transport. It Is Assumed That The Liberec Region Will Conclude The Contract With The Carrier With The Consent Of The Ústí Region And The Central Bohemia Region. However, The Possibility Of Concluding Multilateral Contracts (Multiple Regions With The Carrier) Or Concluding Multiple Contracts (The Carrier With The Relevant Region To Ensure Services On Its Territory) Cannot Be Ruled Out. With Regard To The Scope Of The Transport Group (250,000 Vlkm Per Year), The Selection Of The Carrier Will Take Place In Accordance With Art. 5 Par. 4 Of Regulation 1370/2007 Through The Direct Procurement Process.
