The Object Of The Concession Consists Of: 1) Management Services Of Outdoor Swimming Pools And Reception, Bar And Restaurant Services; 2) In The Implementation Of Works Consisting Of The Completion Of The Interiors Of The Building Used As A Bar Restaurant, Now In The Rustico, And In The Possible Execution Of The Finishes Of The Buildings That The Authority Will Create In The Rustico In The Pool Area.
