General Conditions: All Suppliers Seeking Registration should Submit a Self Prepared Application for each of the Items and should Attach a Copy of the Business Registration Certificate as Well. Applicants Seeking Registration for Supply of Goods and Services should Pay a Fee of Rs. 500.00 and Contractors should Pay the Fee as Mentioned against each of the Relevant Values Mentioned Herein. If Applying by Post, only Cheques Drawn in Favour of the Secretary, Thalawa Pradeshiya Sabha should be Submitted. Postal Orders will not be Accepted. Constructions and Contractors 01. Up to Rs. 50,000.00 Registration Fee Rs. 500.00 02. From Rs. 50,000.00 to 1500000.00 Registration Fee Rs. 1000.00 03. From Rs. 1500000.00 to 2000000.00 Registration Fee Rs. 1500.00 04. Above Rs. 2000000.00 Registration Fee Rs. 2000.00 Quotations may be Called from Registered Suppliers and Contractors when Necessary. However, the Sabha Retains the Right of Calling for Quotations from outside Sources and Purchasing the Requirements and Also the Right of following Other Procedures for Procurements. When the Selected Supplier of the Sabha Fails to Execute the Service of Supplying Goods and Services before the Specified Date and Time, it should be Noted that the Order will be Awarded to the Next Successful Bidder without Prior Notice.
