The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids For The Photography And Multimedia Technician Workshop As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Professionals From Reymont - Improving The Quality Of Vocational Education At Zsp No. 3 In Łowicz Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus As Part Of The European Funds Regional Program For Łódzkie 2021-2027, Contract No Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0045/23-00:Part 1: Delivery Of Photographic And Film Equipment With Necessary Accessories2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And In Annex No. 6, I.E. The Contract Template.3. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Łowicz At Ul. Powstańców 1863 R. 12D. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And At Its Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Located Inside The Building.4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24-Month Quality Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 5. The Contractor Is Required To Provide A Warranty For The Purchased Aids In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order And Issuance Of The Warranty Documents. The Warranty Period Is Required To Be Equal To The Warranty Period.
