The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform All Activities Necessary For The Reliable Operation Of The Ostrówek Ii Ferry Crossing On Lake Gopło Between The Towns Of Złotowo And Ostrówek, Maintaining It In Continuous Navigation Capacity, Including The Vessel And Coastal Facilities. 2. Maintenance Of The Ostrówek Ii Ferry Crossing On Lake Gopło Between The Towns Of Złotowo And Ostrówek Consists In Particular In: A) Inter-Shore Transport Of People And Goods, B) Maintaining The Ferry And The Transport Boat As Well As The Ferry Deck In Proper Technical Condition, C) Maintaining Cleanliness On A Ferry And Transport Boat, D) Securing The Crossing During Transport And During Strong Winds, Floe Flows And High Water Levels, E) Maintaining Proper Condition Of Navigation Marks, F) Carrying Out Minor Repairs And Maintenance. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To The Contract. 3. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Comply With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Protection Regulations On The Ferry And Navigation Regulations On Inland Waterways. 4.
