Further Development: Development Of New Functionality And Further Development Of Existing Functionality. Regarding Main Service C. Cooperation: The Supplier Must Cooperate With The Customer, Who Is A Public Authority, And Cooperate With The Customers Other Suppliers Of Both Infrastructure And Other Systems, In Connection With Operation And Maintenance Of The Overall It Infrastructure For The It System Cap-Tas , Including I.A. When Handling Incidents, Handling Changes, Service Requests And Service Windows. The Primary Other Supplier Is Statens It. The Customer Expects To Publish A Limited Tender On The 1St Or 2Nd Quarter Of 2025. The Contract Length Is Expected To Be 4 Years With Options For A Further 3*1 Years.
