Detailed Rules For The Implementation Of The Order And The Related Obligations Of The Contractor Are Included In The Annex To This Swz (Appendix No. 12) And The Draft Agreements, Annexes No. 4 And 5 To The Swz.3. The Service Includes Washing The Goods Outside The Hospital, Together With The Transport Of Dirty Goods For Washing And The Transport Of Clean Goods After Washing At The Contractors Expense.4. Laundry Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Include In Particular: 1) Laundry Assortment, Which Includes: Bed Linen (Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Sheets, Screens), Surgical Underwear (Sweatshirts, Skirts, Trousers, Dresses), Infected Underwear, Baby Underwear Plus Diapers And Blankets , Cones, Hospital Clothing (Pajamas, Shirts, Etc.), Protective Clothing For Staff (Aprons, Mens And Womens Medical Clothes, Sweatshirts, Trousers), Mattresses, Towels, Cloths, Tablecloths And Napkins, Blankets, Pillows, Duvets, Shower Curtains, Replacement Mop Inserts, Colored Cloths; 2) Collection Of Dirty Goods From Individual Organizational Units By The Contractors Employee According To Established Hourly Schedule (The Assortment Will Be Prepared For Transport By The Ordering Party);3) Transport Of Dirty Laundry By The Contractors Employee To The Dirty Laundry Warehouse;4) Sorting, Counting, Recording And Packing The Dirty Laundry Assortment;5) Collecting Dirty Laundry From The Warehouse From The Ordering Party And Transporting It To The Contractors Laundry 5 Times A Week; 6) Additional Trips Over The Number Indicated In Point 5, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party; The Break Between Courses Cannot Be Longer Than 2 Days (E.G.
