The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Machines With Separate Positions For The Implementation Of A Service Of General Economic Interest - Cash Exchange Of Banknotes And Coins From Levs To Euros, Through Post Offices On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, By Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of Banknote Counting Machines Type 1 Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of Banknote Counting Machines Type 2 Specific Item No. 3: Supply Of Banknote Counting Machines Separate Item No. 4: Delivery Of Coin Counting Machines Type 1 Separate Item No. 5: Delivery Of Coin Counting Machines Type 2 Within The Framework Of This Public Procurement, Separate Positions No. 1, No. 2, No. 4 And No. 5 Are Awarded. Important: Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has Deemed It Expedient To Award Separate Item No. 3 - Delivery Of Banknote Counting Machines. The Reasons For Applying Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Ppa Are As Follows: The Total Value Of The Specified Separate Item Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Value Of The Order And The Value Of The Corresponding Separate Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop For These Separate Positions, The Procedure For Assignment Under Art. 20, Para. 4 Of The Zop. The Specific Items Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement (Special Items No. 1, No. 2, No. 4 And No. 5) Are Assigned In Accordance With § 1, Para. 1 Of The Transitional And Final Provisions Of Decision No. 502 Of July 18, 2024 Of The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, For Awarding Bulgarian Posts Ead A Service Of General Economic Interest - Cash Exchange Of Banknotes And Coins From Bgn To Euro, Through Post Offices On The Territory Of The Republic Bulgaria. As Of The Opening Date Of This Public Procurement, No Funding Has Been Secured For The Specific Positions To Be Awarded With It, In Connection With Which The Provision Of Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act Is Applicable. Detailed Information Regarding The Requirements For The Machines Is Contained In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 To This Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Provision Of Warranty Maintenance, And The Maintenance Period Cannot Be Less Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months And More Than 60 (Sixty) Months (Applies To Specific Items #1, #2 , No. 4 And No. 5), As Of The Date Of Signing Of Acceptance-Transmission Protocol For Completed Delivery, Without Remarks.
