3.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 530, As Amended - Forest Act), Covering Hunting And Meadow-Agricultural Management In The Supraśl Forest District , Maintaining A Free-Ranging Herd Of Bison In The Forestry Areas Of: Lipin, Łaźnisko, Dworzysko, Kopna Góra, Klin And Borki, And Operation Of The Bison Show Pen In Kopna Góra In 2025.3.2. The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of The Supraśl Forest District. 3.3. The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts.3.4. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Total Amount Of Work In The Field Of Hunting And Meadow-Agricultural Management, Work As Part Of The Maintenance Of A Free Herd Of Bison And The Operation Of The Bison Demonstration Pen In Kopna Góra, Resulting From Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex No. 2.1. – Planned Size Of Works; Annex No. 2.2. - Detailed Size Of Work By Activity Groups, Activities And Locations.
