The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In A Gravity-Pressure System In The Entire Town Of Drwinia, Including The Integration Of The Designed Network Into The Existing Sanitary Sewage Network In Dziewin. The Planned Sanitary Sewage Network Will Be Connected To The Existing Infrastructure In The Town Of Dziewin Within The Scope Of A Municipal Public Road. The Sanitary Sewage Network Was Designed Mainly In Road Lanes Of Public And Internal Roads. The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network Included The Construction Of Sewage Reaches Constituting An Element Of The Main Network. Four Sewage Pumping Stations And One Pneumatic Pumping Station Were Designed. The Task Includes The Execution Of 3 Transverse Crossings Through A Public Provincial Road. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor, With At Which The Contract Will Be Signed Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Offer Cost Estimate. The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Prepare And Will Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order No Later Than On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Introducing Changes To The Schedule Will Not Be Treated As An Amendment To The Contract And Will Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Comments To The Hrrf. Manufacturers Names Or Trademarks Used In The Documentation Are Used Only To Specify The Subject Of The Order And To Define Technical And Functional Standards As Well As To Define Quality And Technological Standards. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Products That Are Not Inferior In Terms Of Quality And Technical Parameters To The Products Specified By The Manufacturers Names, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Quality Parameters At Least The Same Or Better Than The Products Specified By The Manufacturers Names In The Documentation.
