1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Blacksmith Services For Service Horses, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Chapter Xix Of The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Or Variant Offers.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.5. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.6. Duration Of The Contract: From January 3, 2025 For A Period Of 24 Months, But No Longer Than Until The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Execution Of The Order Is Reached.
