The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Maintenance And Ongoing Maintenance Of Lighting - Operational Activities In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Provisions On Detailed Rules For The Operation Of Electric Lighting Devices, Including In Particular The Visual Inspection Of Electric Lighting Devices Together With The Assessment Of The Condition Of The Devices And Operational Activities, Including: A) Repair Of Damaged Contacts, Connections, Wires In Fixtures And Poles, Fuse Recesses, Cable Ends, B) Replacement Of Damaged Elements Of The Power Supply And Control System, C) Repair Or Replacement Of Damaged Cables, D) Replacement Of Light Sources, Lamp Holders, Chokes, E) Replacement Of Capacitors In Light Fixtures, F) Replacement Or Repair Of Damaged And Broken Poles, G) Replacement Of Booms And Checking The Attachment Of The Booms, H) Replacement Of Twilight Relays, I) Replacement Of Security Bands, J) Replacement Of Control Clocks, K) Replacement Of Damaged Pole Plates ,L) Replacement Of Lantern Doors,M) Replacement Of Warning Signs,N) Replacement Of Power Fuses,O) Replacement Of Corroded Switchgear Elements,P) Replacement Of Fuse Links, Fuse Sockets, Replacement Or Repair Of Damaged Pole Fuse Bases, Replacement Of Power Cables For Luminaires,Q) Replacement Of All Damaged Or Worn-Out Lighting Elements,R) Maintenance Of Electrical And Lighting Cabinets, Lighting Boards,S) Elimination Of Lighting Failures Not Resulting From The Forces Of Nature, Acts Of Vandalism Or Road Collisions,T) Checking The Foundation And Restoring The Verticality Of Poles, Straightening Pole Foundations To A Vertical Position And Orientation Of The Booms And Luminaires Mounted On Them In Order To Obtain Optimal Lighting Parameters Of The Illuminated Sections Of Alleys, Paths, Sidewalks, U) Quarterly And Ad Hoc Inspections Of The Lighting Condition Carried Out With The Participation Of The Ordering Partys Representative. The Parties Will Each Time Agree On The Dates And Scope Of Periodic Inspections 3 Days In Advance. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Report On The Inspection Carried Out, V) Inspect The Lighting Cabinets And Regularly Clean Them From The Outside And Inside Of Any Impurities, I.E. Sand, Soil, Wasps, Cobwebs, Roots, And Inspect The Light Fixtures, I.E. Check The Correctness Of Switching On, Cleaning If Necessary. Needs, Lubrication Of Threaded Connections And Moving Parts - Before Starting The Work, The Parties Will Agree On The Scope, Place And Date Of Their Implementation. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Report On The Work Performed, W) Cleaning All Fixtures, Washing All Lampshades, Cleaning Poles And Pole Recesses, Cleaning Electrical Boxes In The Spring Period (April-July) - Before Commencing The Above-Mentioned Work.
