Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Office Supplies And Archiving Materials For The Opole Regional Branch Of Arimr And 11 District Offices Of Arimr In The Opole Voivodeship

1. The Subject Of Part I Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office Supplies To The Opole Regional Branch Of Arimr And 11 District Offices Located In The Opole Voivodeship. 2. The List Of Products, Including The Qualitative Description And Technical Parameters, Is Included In Point I.2.1.8. Of This Chapter Of The Swz And In The List Of Office Supplies Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Content Of Annex No. 2A To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8A To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Execute The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 8A To The Swz) And Will Deliver Office Supplies At Its Own Expense And Risk To The Ordering Partys Facilities Included In The List Of Delivery Places In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Will Unload, Bring And Place Them In Places Indicated By The Head Of The Regional Branch Office/Head Of The District Office Or A Designated Employee.4. The Delivery Of Office Supplies Will Be Completed Within The Time Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), But No Longer Than 14 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Quantity Of Office Supplies Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Tor, Which May Include A Value Not Exceeding 10% Of The Contract Value Of The Basic Order Referred To In § 1 Section 2 Point 1) Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract And These Changes Do Not Change The General Nature Of This Contract.6. Office Supplies Must Be Of High Quality, Brand New, In The Original Packaging And Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 21 Section 1 Of The Act Of March 6, 2018, Entrepreneurs Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 236, As Amended), Which States That An Entrepreneur Placing Goods On The Market In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Is Obliged To Include On The Goods Packaging, Label, Instructions Or To Provide, In Another Customary Manner, Written Information In Polish: 1) Specifying The Entrepreneurs Company And Its Address, 2) Enabling Identification Of The Goods. If The Contractor Delivers To A Given Location An Amount Smaller Than The Smallest Unit Of Collective Packaging Of A Given Product, The Ordering Party Waives The Requirement For The Original Packaging. 7. Office Supplies Must Meet The Quality Standards Applicable In Domestic Trade For The Purposes For Which They Were Manufactured And Must Be Covered By A 12-Month Warranty - Counting From The Date Of The Final Protocol, Except For: 1) Long-Arm Stapler (Up To 50 Sheets), For Which The Contractor Will Grant A Minimum Of 60 Months Warranty, 2) A Calculator For Which The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 60-Month Warranty, 3) Punches (Up To 30 Sheets; Up To 65 Sheets), For Which The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 60-Month Warranty, 4) A Binding Machine, For Which The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 24-Month Warranty, 5) A Sta
