Natural Gas – Comprehensive Purchase Of Gas Fuel For The Facilities Of Ordering Parties Participating In The Purchasing Group Of Bielsko County. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party With A Total Estimated Volume Of 29,714,630 Kwh (+ 15%) During The Delivery Period, I.E. From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025, Of Which: A) 24,233,648 Kwh Will Be Billed In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 Based On Tariff Prices Resulting From The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Customers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 202, As Amended) Unless The Contractor Submits A Yes Declaration In Item C Of The Offer Form. B) 5,480,982 Kwh Will Be Settled In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 Based On The Offer Prices Submitted By The Contractor. 2. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Effectively Starting The Sale Of Gas Fuel, Including In Particular: Submitting New Comprehensive Gas Fuel Sales Contracts To The Dso. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party Along With The Conclusion Of Comprehensive Gas Fuel Sales Contracts.
