The Competition Is Public, General, In One Stage For The Implementation, 1St Stage Of Complexity, For The Creation Of A Conceptual Architectural-Urban Solution For The Reconstruction Of The Market In Samobor. The Project Tender Is Conducted In Accordance With Chapter Iv. Articles 327-331. Of The Law On Public Procurement (Official Gazette 120/2016, 114/2022 - Hereinafter: Ppl) And Other Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act That Apply To The Tender, As Well As The Provisions Of The Ordinance On Tenders In The Field Of Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design And Landscaping (Official Gazette 85 /14) Croatian Chamber Of Architects (Further: Rulebook), The Provisions Of Which All Tender Participants Are Obliged To Adhere To, If They Do Not Contradict The Public Law. The Competition Is Conducted In The Croatian Language And The Latin Script. Pursuant To Article 133 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Conducted Tender Will Be A Condition For Starting The Negotiation Procedure Without Prior Announcement For The Award Of The Contract On Public Procurement Of Services.
