Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Electricity Sys. Auction (Esa) For The Purposes Of Conducting An Auction For The Frequency Reserve By The President Of Uke, Carrying Out Esa Training, Consulting And Dedicated Technical Assistance.
1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide An Electronic Auction System (Esa) For The Purposes Of Conducting An Auction For Frequency Reservations By The President Of The Office Of Electronic Communications, Conducting Training In The Use Of Esa, Consulting And Dedicated Technical Assistance. 2. This Includes The Following Services: 1) Adaptation And Making Available Via The Internet An Esa For The Purposes Of Conducting The Auction, Meeting The Functional And Non-Functional Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Ordering Partys Esa Requirements; 2) Advice On Esa Configuration And Auction Mechanisms; 3) Development And Delivery Of Esa Operational Documentation To The Ordering Party; 4) Conducting Training In The Use Of Esa For A Group Of Up To 20 People - Uke Employees; 5) Assistance During A Trial Auction Conducted Using Esa; 6) Providing Dedicated Technical Support For The Ordering Party During The Auction, For A Maximum Period Of 12 Months.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Services Consisting In: 1) Adapting Esa To The Requirements Arising From Generally Applicable Polish Law And Auction Documentation After Consultations Preceding The Announcement Of The Auction And Explaining The Content Of The Auction Documentation, If Necessary; 2) Updating The Minimum Hardware Requirements For Auction Participants Devices And Minimum Connectivity Requirements, If Necessary. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
