The Objective Of The Framework Agreement Is To Cover The Contracting Authoritys Need For Assistance With Planning And Implementation Of Maritime Operations In Norway. This Applies To Logistic Support For The Quay, Close To The Quay (E.G. Nse/Fls) And To Anchors Outside The Quay, Including A Well-Functioning And Predictable Port Service And Supply In Port. Also Applies To Logistic Support For Vessels Outside The Port. The Contract Shall Cover Ship Agent Services That The Contracting Authority Can Require In Connection With National Operations And Exercises, And Planning Support In Connection With Planning Maritime Operations And Exercises In Norway.The Contracting Authority Also Needs Assistance With Operations And Agent Services Abroad. This Concerns Logistical Support Of Own And Allied Forces At Maritime Locations. The Contract Shall Cover Ship Agent Services That The Contracting Authority Can Require And Planning Support In Connection With Operations And Exercises Abroad. The Service Provider Shall Assist The Contracting Authority In A Work Group That Intends To Plan All Aspects Of Logistics In Connection With National Operations, As Well As In Connection With Exercises In Norway. Applies Only If Maritime Operations Are Relevant. The Need Can Be An Acute Planning Process That Becomes Necessary After A National Or International Event.
