Tenders are invited for Supply of Sunflower Oil, Rice, Sugar, Powder Milk, Vegetable Gee, Palm Oil, Vegetable Seed, Exercise Book Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 1,000.00 (ETB One thousand only)or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency For Domestic Bidders & 2,000.00 (ETB two thousand) or USD 50.00 (USD Fifty) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency For Foreign bidders For each Lot Bid bond: For each Lot ETB 500,000.00 (five Hundred Thousand Birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in CPO, or Bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by Local Bank 4. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set (all Lots) of Bidding Documents in English as of November 7, 2024. Monday-Thursday 8:00 A.M - 12:00 noon and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 A.M - 11:30 A.M and 1:30 PM - 04:30 P.M and Saturday from 8:00 A.M - 12:00 noon. On the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for each Lot Birr 1,000.00 (ETB One thousand only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The methods of payment will be cash or cashiers check. 5. For Foreign bidders who do not have local agents in Ethiopia and wish to get Bidding Documents, the Bidding Documents will be sent by 1st class mail for overseas bidders who send Bank Draft for each Lot Birr 2,000.00 (ETB two thousand) or USD 50.00 (USD Fifty) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in addition to the price of the tender document to the address given below. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 4:30 A.M (Local Time) on December 24, 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 4:30 A.M (Local Time) on December 24, 2024, The bids must be accompanied by a bid security for each Lot ETB 500,000.00 (five Hundred Thousand Birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in CPO, or Bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by Local Bank.
