The Contract Works required are: Issue 1: To carpark area - Replace current fencing with 1.8m high non climbable fencing. Replace existing gate including latch. Issue 2: To bush area Replace existing fencing with 1.8m high non climbable fencing & trim any trees where necessary. Issue 3: To front of school - Replace current fencing with 1.8m high non climbable fencing, reinstate gates removed from issue 1 area. Issue 4: To Underpass Provide new 1.8m high fencing & 3 x gates complete with latches so student cannot enter area. Issue 5: To skatepark area build up existing fence/wall and fit new posts and palings to be horizontal to prevent climbing. Issue 6: To boundary of Community Building Remove existing gate & fencing and replace with new timder fencing (palings to school side). Install new pedestrian & vehicle gates. Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
