Registration of Interest (ROI) for Roi - Healthnz Northern Region Trades Panel - Tranche 2 Open Date: Wednesday, 13 November 2024 12:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Wednesday, 11 December 2024 12:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Auckland Northland Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: Health New Zealand Northern Region (Auckland, Counties Manukau, Waitemat, and Northland Districts) (the Principal) is seeking to appoint Panels of suitably qualified and experienced Trades Services Suppliers for its capital works developments and business as usual (BAU) requirements. This Open Registration of Interest (ROI) for Tranche 2 Trades Services is the first phase in a two-stage process, the second phase being the Closed Request for Proposals (RFP) phase. From the ROIs submitted, the Principal intends to select shortlists of respondents to proceed to the RFP stage. The Principal intends to make this selection based on the evaluation criteria listed in this ROI. The Principal will ensure that the capacity of the Panels is sufficient to meet the demand of the Principal across all hospital campuses and community based facilities. NOTE: The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Northen Region hospitals. A Supplier must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to be a panel member. Only suppliers on the panels will be able to provide in-scope services to the Northern Region hospitals for the duration of the contracts (up to seven years). This ROI is for the following Trades Services: TRANCHE 2 Asbestos Contractor Bathrooms projects and maintenance; Building Maintenance; Doors; Flooring; Painting; Security Services; Small civil projects; and Window Treatments. NOTE: The following Tranche 2 Trades will proceed directly to RFP (i.e. they are not included in this ROI). It is anticipated that these Open RFPs will be issued via the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) in the 1st quarter of 2025. Building Management System (BMS); Building warrant of Fitness; Cabinetry Maker and Installer Electrical Services (high voltage) for the Norths Shore Hospital and Mason Clinic Campuses, including but not limited to: o cables o ring main units (connection points) o transformers; Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS); Landscaping; Nurse Call Bells / Telecommunications; and Roofers.
