Work Detail

Tenders are invited for Repair and Maintenance of Office Equipment (Computers, Typewriters, Duplicating Machines, Photocopiers, Air Conditioners, Fax Machines, etc.). A Non-Refundable Service Fee of Rs.500/- should be Paid for each Application. Receipt of Payment of the Due Amount to Any of the above Mentioned Project Offices or a Crossed Account Payee Check with a Written in the Name of Central Cultural Fund should be Submitted along with All Applications. (Validity Period of 90 Days) Applications Received for the Year 2025 will be Considered and Registered by the Procurement Committee. Purchases are Generally Made from the Registered Supplierand the Company has the Right to Make Purchases. A Credit Facility of 2-4 Weeks are Expected. The Registration of the Suppliers Who do not Submit the Prices when Requested or do not Supply the Ordered Materials or Services on Time will be Canceled without Notice. Applications that do not Comply with the above Instructions will be Rejected. More Information can be Obtained from each Project Manager or Director (Finance). Applications for the registration of suppliers for the year 2025 can be made from the Shroff Division, Head Office, Central Cultural Fund, Head Office and from the from the Shroff Division of the projects on the above dates (weekdays from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm). Incomplete or late bids will be rejected, and the decision of the Procurement Committee shall be the final decision.
