Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Land And Building Records For The Wola Kuźniewska District - Wielgomłyny Commune And The Klatka District - Gomunice Commune, Radomsko Poviat, Łódź Voivodeship, Divided Into Parts

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Land And Building Register For The Wola Kuźniewska District (101213_2.0019), Wielgomłyny Commune, Radomsko Poviat, Łódź Voivodeship, In Accordance With Art. 24A Of The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended). The Contractor Will Provide, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, All Materials Necessary To Perform The Contract And Will Bear The Costs Of All Activities Required By Law, Including The Preparation Of The Draft Descriptive And Cartographic Report.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9A To The Swz - Technical Conditions For Part 1 Of The Order, Which Includes Graphic Visualization, List Of Plots Subject To Modernization Of The Land And Building Records, Work Log, List Of Changes To The Building Registration Data, Analysis Of Source Materials And Arrangements Regarding The Scope Of Use These Materials.3. The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers, Described In Chapter 14, Point 14.1.2. Swz. The Minimum Warranty Period Is 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.4. The Ordering Party Requires Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, I.E. Field Work Related To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Performing A Site Survey, Preparing A Field Intelligence Map, And Small Work Related To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Performing Calculations, Examining Land And Mortgage Registers, Preparation Of Documentation For The Ordering Party And Completion Of The Technical Report Were Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended). The Persons Mentioned In The First Sentence Cannot Perform Any Activities Without Employment Under An Employment Relationship With The Contractor Or Service Subcontractors. The Contractor, Subcontractors And Further Subcontractors Will Include Labor Costs In Contracts Concluded In Connection With The Performance Of This Contract, The Value Of Which Cannot Be Lower Than The Minimum Remuneration For Work Determined Pursuant To Art. 2 Section 3-5 Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On The Minimum Wage For Work (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2207, As Amended).5. Provisions Regarding The Method Of Documenting Employment And Monitoring The Compliance Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor With The Requirements Regarding Employment Under An Employment Contract And Provisions Regarding Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Were Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
