Tenders Are Invited For Providing Shelter Services With 24-Hour Meals To Homeless People Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Lubań In 2025.
A. Providing Shelter Services, I.E. Providing 24-Hour Shelter For Homeless Men In A Shelter Along With Providing 24-Hour Food, Necessary Clothing, Necessary Social Conditions, As Well As Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing And Strengthening Activity And Independence, Restoring Life In The Local Community And Making Homeless People Independent. B. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Forecast Number Of People Requiring Shelter For 365 Days Will Be - 10 (Ten) People. C. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Number Of People Provided By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Respect, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. The Ordering Party Allows For An Increase In The Number Of People Referred To In Point B By At Least 50%. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Duration Of The Actual Stay Of People In The Shelter. D. If The Ordering Party Uses All The Places In The Number Referred To In Point B, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep 1 (One) Place Ready For The Needs Of The Lubań Municipality.E. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Standard Of The Facility And Services Provided In The Shelter For Homeless People In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care And Heating Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896). F.. As Part Of The Shelter Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Persons Sent To The Shelter With: • A Place To Stay, • 24-Hour Meals, • Clothing Appropriate To The Individual Needs Of The Person And The Time Of Day. Year,• Cleaning Products,• Cooperation In The Implementation Of The Program For Coming Out Of Homelessness.
