Development Consultancy Services – Sectoral Technical Assistance As Part Of The Agri-Food Entrepreneurship Program (At-Pea). This Contract Will Contribute To Achieving The Objectives Of The Agri-Food Entrepreneurship Program - Pea (Act-61843) Action. More Specifically, Specialized Technical Support Is Planned In The Pea Action To Ensure The Improvement Of Governance And The Appropriation By Public Actors Of The Achievements Of The Action (Quality System, Integration Of Value Chains, Access To Financing , Entrepreneurship And Inclusion Of The Private Sector, Training And Professional Integration, Etc.). In Addition, Support Is Considered Necessary To Ensure Coordination With Respect To The Logical Framework And Components Of The Pea Program: Implementation Under Indirect Management Through Contribution Agreements, This Contract, And The Involvement Of Partners Of The Government Of Chad In The Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Action. In Other Words, This Involves Supporting: - The Implementation And/Or Design Of Reforms And Measures To Improve The Business Environment And Sectoral Professional Training (Agro-Food) Relevant To The Pea Program; - Coordination – Internal And External – Of The Pea Program. This Is The Reason Why The General Objective And The Specific Objectives Of This Contract Correspond To Those Of The Program. The General Objective To Which This Action Contributes Is The Following: To Support The Development And Sustainable Transformation Of Key Agri-Food Systems In Chad, Following The Global Gateway Strategy, And With Particular Emphasis On Increasing The Income Of Women And Young People In Secondary Towns And Their Agricultural Production Areas. The Specific Objectives Of This Contract Are As Follows: - Specific Objective 1: Structure The Value Chains Identified In The Ndjamena-Douala Strategic Corridor, In A Sustainable And Inclusive Manner In Terms Of Production, Processing And Marketing On A Local Scale, National And Regional, Including Support And Development Of Agri-Food Smes. - Specific Objective 2: Improve The Vocational Training System, In Terms Of Accessibility, Quality And Suitability Of Curricula With The Labor Market In The Agri-Food Sector.
