Following this RFI, TDC will decide on what procurement process it will follow, if any. This RFI is for information purposes only it will not be used to evaluate individual suppliers, will not be used to create a shortlist and will not result in a contract award. TDC reserves the right to use the information receive in analysing options, forming any internal business cases and in the requirements of any subsequent procurement processes. The purpose of this RFI and the interactive workshop is to connect with a range of Suppliers to: Discuss the risks and challenges that TDC has in providing waste management services to its communities and propose some possible solutions to solve them. Explore any opportunities that may exist for TDC that could provide a higher quality and/or more cost-effective service to its communities. Learn about any new or upcoming innovations in the industry that could support TDC in delivering services to its communities and meeting the outcomes of its WMP. Provide an opportunity for Suppliers to collaborate and create new relationships that could enhance their current service offerings. The information collected from this RFI will be fed into the current Section 17a Review, which will shape the future operating model of all Waste Management Services for FY25/26 and beyond. Pricing information is optional. We arent looking for quotes, proposals, or tenders for specific services. If a Supplier feels like giving some commercial indications of the potential benefits/savings of their ideas and innovations or wants to demonstrate some benchmarking against what is currently in the market, then we welcome that. Understanding the potential investment required in realising any opportunities and/or minimising any risks, could also be useful.
