The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Tool For Monitoring The Processes Of Including Qualifications In The Integrated Qualifications System, Which Are Implemented By The Competent Ministers, Called The Monitoring Table (Hereinafter Also: Tool) And The Provision Of 400 Hours Of Technical Assistance (Programming Hours Intended For The Work Development After Receiving The Tool). The Tool Will Have An Information And Analytical Function. The Monitoring Table Will Be A Tool Aggregating Information On The Current Status Of Processing Applications For Inclusion Of Market Qualifications In The Iqs (Until The End Of December 2023) And Free Market And Sector Qualifications (From January 2024). In Connection With Changes In The Isks Act, Which Introduced These Categories Of Qualifications). Creating The Tool Will Involve Transforming An Existing Google File With Many Sheets And Tables Into A Modern, Intuitive Web Application That Will Enable Data Management (Adding New Data, Modifying Or Deleting Them), Analyzing Them And Generating Reports. As Part Of The Order Execution, The Following Minimum Requirements Should Be Met: Works: 1) Preparation Of The Tool Database, 2) Migration Of Data From Google Files To The Tool Database, 3) Integration With Other Ibe Data Sources, 4) Creation Of A User Interface For Viewing, Editing And Adding New Data, 5) Implementation Of A User Management System With Different Levels Of Permissions, 6) Ensuring The History Of Data Processing (Logging Changes), 7) The Ability To Generate Reports, 8) Other Functionalities Supporting The Work Of Users (Optional).
