The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Cybersecurity Service Based On The Security Operations Center (Soc) Operating 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes. 2. The Ordering Party Attaches The Evidence In Question To The Offer, I.E. A Current Iso 27001 Certificate Issued By An Authorized Entity And Certifying The Implementation Of The Information Security Management System And Covering Soc Services. The Ordering Party Allows An Equivalent Means Of Evidence If It Confirms That The Services Offered Meet The Requirements, Features And Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs That Pursuant To Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Act On Public Procurement Law Will Call For The Submission Or Supplementation Of The Evidence Within The Prescribed Deadline If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete.
