Francesco Area Of The Port Of Messina, In Order To Carry Out The Commercial Management Of Public Operations Of Landing Places And Appurtenant Areas Serving All Maritime Carriers Interested In Operating National Maritime Cabotage Between The Shores Of The Strait Of Messina Wheeled Vehicles And Passengers, As Well As The Maintenance, Safe Operation And Safekeeping Of Them.
