Understand the practicalities of the budget based on current market pricing. Identify any other risks, constraints to the successful design and build. Identify any opportunities, ideas and/or innovations that could lead to meeting the outcomes in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. WHY SHOULD YOU RESPOND? This is an exciting multi-million-dollar project with some unique risks and a huge opportunity to innovate and collaborate. Successfully shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in a closed competitive process. Shortlisted respondents will either be contracted directly by RDC or will be recommended to a main contractor as preferred Suppliers to be utilised on the project.
