Expression of Interest for Consultancy of Coding Services Scope of work The Software developer Expert is expected to do the following: Use software or programming languages compatible with SurveyCTO to design the survey instrument. Program the required questions, instructions, answer choices, and logic, ensuring that all options are precisely represented. Develop and apply survey logic, including conditional questions and loops, to optimize the flow of questions. Set up data validation rules to prevent data entry errors, such as range checks and data-type validations. Train data collectors or users on the instrument to ensure they understand how to use it effectively. Deploy the coded instrument on relevant devices. Set up monitoring mechanisms to track usage and address any issues in real-time during data collection. Implement data syncing or backup procedures to ensure data integrity. Create procedures for data extraction to ensure that the collected data is properly formatted and integrated for analysis.
