The Management (Recovery, Recycling And Disposal) Of Municipal Waste Collected From Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes Located In The Lesznowola Commune Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, The Regulation Of The Minister Environment Of December 14, 2016 On The Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods Of Certain Municipal Waste Fractions, The Provincial Waste Management Plan And The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Lesznowola Commune. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage Any Amount Of Municipal Waste Generated On Properties Where No Residents Live, Run By The Lesznowola Commune, Located Within The Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection And Management Of The Following Types Of Waste: - Unsegregated Municipal Waste (Mixed); - Municipal Waste Constituting Bio-Waste; - Municipal Paper Waste, Including Cardboard; - Municipal Metal, Plastic And Multi-Material Packaging Waste; - Municipal Glass Waste (Colorless And Colored); - Green Waste;
