Printing Services – Printing Services And Correspondence Distribution Services. The Object Of The Framework Agreement Consists In The Printing Of The Following: - Forms And Various Prints Necessary For Carrying Out The Activity Under Normal Conditions Of The Contracting Authority; - Documents Addressed To Taxpayers Through The Work Campaigns Of The Contracting Authority, Including Their Distribution In Envelopes To The Recipients. Revision Clauses The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contracts Will Be Made Pursuant To Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Revision Clauses Established By The Contracting Authority According To The Information In The Specifications, Respectively The Possible Changes That May Intervene In The Execution Of The Framework Agreement, Implicitly The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Expressly Provided For In The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contracts And Will Be Applied Directly Under Art. 221 Para. (1) Letter A) From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement, These Being: 1. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Possible If, During Its Development, The Contracting Authority Decides To Extend Its Duration And, Implicitly, The Addition Of Services, Related To The Extended Period. The Maximum Period Established By The Contracting Authority For The Extension Period Is 6 Months, During Which The Services That Are The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Supplemented By 25% And Will Be Provided Under The Same Conditions As Before The Extension. 2. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contracts May Also Be Made As A Result Of The Direct Application Of Its Provisions In The Event That During Their Development There Will Be The Need To Print And/Or Distribute, As The Case May Be, Other Documents That The Contracting Authority , For Objective Reasons Cannot Identify Them At The Date Of Initiation Of The Procurement Procedure. The Need To Print And/Or Distribute, As The Case May Be, These Documents May Occur As A Result Of Legislative Changes, Administrative Decisions Or Other Unforeseen Situations. Under These Conditions, The Prices Of The Services Will Be Established As Follows: - By Reference To The Prices Of The Printing Services Offered For The Services Provided In The Specifications, Having As A Benchmark Technical Characteristics As Close As Possible To Them; - By Setting A New Price Representing A Reasonable Cost And A Reasonable Profit Compared To Relevant Market Prices. 3. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contracts Will Also Be Possible As A Result Of The Correction Of Some Material Errors Crept Into Their Content, In Case Of Detection By Any Of The Contracting Parties. The Categories Of Changes Provided For In Points 1-3 Will Not Affect The General Nature Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contracts. In The Situation In Which, During The Development Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contracts, The Need For Another Amendment To Them Arises, The Contracting Authority Will Determine, Before Approving And Formalizing The Execution Of The Said Amendment, If
