The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Implementation Of Food Services For The Housing Service Units Of Karttulas Liisanpiha, Villenpiha And Kotipiha As A Subcontract To Servica Oy. The Sites Are Located At Sairaalatie 10, 72100 Karttula. The Selected Service Provider Produces The Meals For The Housing Service Units Of The Respective Sites For The Entire Meal Day, Seven Days A Week, Including All Public Holidays. Meals Must Be Organized According To The Customers Needs, Taking Into Account The Special Needs Of The Customer Group Or Personal Diet And Energy Level. The Goal Is To Use The Food Service To Support The Fulfillment Of The Therapeutic Goals Of The Elderly And Enable E.G. Surviving At Home Or In Home-Like Conditions For As Long As Possible. The Housing Service Unit Has Approx. 30 Residents. Meals Are Delivered By Department To Three Different Departments. An Hourly Price Additional Service Can Also Be Obtained From The Service Provider. The Additional Service Can Include E.G. When Separately Arranged, Putting Meals On Display Or Other Similar Service. The Meals Included In The Meal Day And The Operating Methods Of Their Deliveries Are Agreed With The Locations In More Detail. The Minimum Requirements Related To Meals And Menus Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tenders. The Service Provider Delivers The Ingredients For Each Days Meal Orders, Taking Into Account The Calculated Portion Size. The Supplies Are Delivered To The Departments. Any Special Diets Notified To The Service Provider Must Be Taken Into Account In All Meals. The Daily Price Of A Meal Stated In The Offer By The Provider Must Include The Meals Mentioned Above As Well As The Necessary Special Diets. Prices Must Be Stated In Euros Without Vat. The Estimated Start Time Of The Contracts Is 1 January 2025. The Estimated Total Value Of The Acquisition Without Value Added Tax Has Been Calculated For Three (3) Years. The Length Of The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years, After Which There Is A Possibility For One (1) Option Year. Servica Oy Chooses One (1) Supplier With Whom It Will Enter Into An Agreement. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish.
