Tenders are invited for Modernisation of the Qualified Electronic Signature Verification Service. services to develop software programs to upgrade the State Electronic Service for Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) Verification. The contractor is expected to deliver: Integration of the EU DSS library for verifying QES signatures created in the EU on the id.gov.ua/verify website. Implementation of a verification report in ETSI-compliant formats. Development of REST API for service integration with other information and communication systems.
