Software Development Services – Maintenance And Development Of The Reporting And Statistics Module (Taru) Of The Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund. The Content Of The Works Of The Framework Contract To Be Concluded Is The Development And Maintenance Work Of Taru, The Reporting And Statistics Module Of The Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (Hereinafter, The Unemployment Insurance Fund Or The Contractor). Taru Was Created In 2017 With The Aim Of Acquiring Data From The Various Information Systems Of The Unemployment Fund, Bringing Them To An Organized Form And Creating Interconnections, And Then Using The Results In Analyzes And Data Requests, Displaying The Results As Reports In The User Interface Or On The Homepage Of The Unemployment Fund. Thus, Taru Consists Of Two Parts: The Underlying Database Based On The Vertica Server (Data Warehouse) And The Business Analysis Software Tableau Running On Top Of The Data Warehouse, Which Enables The Business Analysts Of The Unemployment Insurance Fund To Create Reports And Share Them With End Users. The Development And Maintenance Work Prescribed By The Framework Agreement Includes The Development Of The Data Warehouse Based On The Vertica Server.
