Tenders are invited for Siting, Drilling, Construction, Developing and Installation of Hand Pumps for 15no. Boreholes for 15 Selected Communities Closing Date: 25th November, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Siting, Drilling, Construction, Developing and installation of Hand pumps for 15No. boreholes for 15 selected communities Additional Information: 2. The Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above-mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only at the Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly from 9:00 17:00 hours GMT during working hours starting from Friday 1st November, 2024. 4. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Monday 25th November, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representative who chooses to attend at the Municipal Chief Executive Office at 11.00 hours GMT on 25th November, 2024. All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents i. Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certificate; financial Classification D3/K3 or higher. ii. Valid Business registration Certificate iii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate iv. Valid Labour Certificate v. Valid SSSNIT Clearance Certificate vi. Bid Security as indicated in the table above vii.
