The North East Gonja District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers and Contractors for the execution of the projects indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address (i) given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT. 4. Completed tenders should be accompanied by; Valid Ministry of Works, and Housing Certificate (Class D4, K4 and above) Valid Business Registration Certificate Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate Valid PPA Registration Certificate Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate Valid Labor Clearance Certificate Valid VAT Registration Certificate (for goods only) 5. Tender document (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only, for each set. The documents will be obtained upon the submission of an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address(i) stated below for obtaining information, inspection, and purchase of tender documents. 6. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the address (ii) below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday 14th November 2024. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline for tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the contract amount in the form of a Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission. 7. Late Tenders will be rejected.
