1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Repairs, Inspections And Delivery Of Spare Parts For Harvester And Forwarder Forest Machines. The Order Includes The Supply Of Spare Parts And Repairs And Inspections Of Harvester And Forwarder Forest Machines Owned By The Skrewlno Forest District. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Repair Of Machines Of The Type: Harvester Ponsse Ergo 6W, Manufactured In 2014 - 1 Pc. Forwarder Ponsse Elk 6W, Manufactured In 2014 - 12 Pcs. Repair And Inspection Services Will Be Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Detailed Rules:  Failures Of Forestry Machines Will Be Reported On An Ad Hoc Basis , Immediately After Their Occurrence. Each Ordered Repair Will Consist In Restoring The Subject Of The Order To Full Technical Efficiency By Replacing Or Repairing Damaged Elements. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide Spare Parts Necessary To Perform The Repair.  The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Basis Of: • The Rate Per Man-Hour Presented In The Offer, • The Travel Rate Presented In The Offer (Lump Sum For Both Directions - The Contractors Seat - The Area Of ​​The Skrewlno Forest District - The Contractors Seat).3. The Detailed Scope Of The Repair And All Activities Performed By The Contractor Must Be Agreed In Advance With The Ordering Party, In Particular Regarding The Number Of Man-Hours. The Contractor Must Ensure The Execution Of Repairs Resulting From Damage And The Specificity And Technology Of The Ordered Repair, Taking Into Account The Construction Of The Machines That Are The Subject Of The Order.4. Repair Of The Electrical Installation Of Machines With Components - 6 Hours A Day. Repair Of The Steering System - 8 Hours A Day. Repair Of The Braking System - 8 Hours A Day. Repair Of The Engine And Its Accessories - 14 Hours A Day. Repair Of The Power Supply System Fuel And Air – 8 Hours A Day. Repair Of The Power Transmission System – 14 Hours A Day. Suspension Repair – 10 Hours A Day. Air Conditioning Repair – 4 Hours A Day. Painting And Bodywork Repair – 4 Hours A Day. Hydraulic System Repair – 30 Hours A Day. Cutting Head Repair – 20 Hours A Day. Total: 130 Man-Hours.6. The Expected Total Number Of Ordered Repairs Is 8, The Expected Total Number Of Ordered Man-Hours Is 130 (Within 14 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract For Two Machines In Total Or Realizing The Contract Amount).
