Danuta Siedzikówny Inki 4 - Power Supply To Central Heating Boilers. And Domestic Hot Water2) To The Boiler Room Building Of Spzzoz Szpital In Iłża At Ul. Bodzentyńska 17 – Power Supply To Central Heating Boilers And Domestic Hot Water 2. Period Of Comprehensive Gas Supply - From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025, But Not Earlier Than After Concluding The Required Agreements And Successfully Completing The Supplier Change Procedure.3. The Supplier Is Obliged To Complete All Formalities On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Related To Changing The Supplier Of Gas Fuel, Based On Any Separately Granted Power Of Attorney.4. The Estimated Demand For Gas Fuel For The Ordering Partys Facilities In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 (12 Months) Is: 1,284,986 Kwh.5. Note: The Amount Of Gas Expected To Be Purchased Given Above Is An Approximate Value And Is Of Informative Nature Only For Calculating The Offered Price, Hence The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To A Claim For The Ordering Partys Consumption Of A Different Amount Of Gas During The Contract Implementation Period Than The Amount Specified Above. The Actual Amount Of Gas Purchased Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And Actual Consumption, Regardless Of The Forecast Amount Indicated Above. 6.
