The Object Of This Acquisition Is A Browser-Based Customer Dashboard Platform. The Procurement Includes The Continuous Services Of The Customer Control Platform And Its Operating Environment (Operation, Support And Maintenance Services) As Well As Modification Works. In Addition, The Purchase Includes A Customer Research Expert Service As A Mandatory Option. Using The Customer Council Platform, Members Of The Customer Council Participate In Research Tasks Related To The Development Of The Citys Services (E.G. Surveys), Test Prototypes Of The Service (E.G. User Interface Images) And Sign Up For Interviews, Testing Events And Workshops Carried Out On Site Or Via Teams. The Customer Council Platform Must Be A Ready-Made Application That Works In Finnish And English, Which Enables The Administration Of A Constantly Running Customer Community. The Supplier Has Overall Responsibility For The Customer Service Platform As A Saas Service. The Operation Of The Customer Council Will Be Launched No Later Than April 2025. The Customer Council Platform Must Be Delivered And Ready For Use No Later Than March 31, 2025.
