Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Stationery Items. Tender documents along with detail of stationery items can be obtained during office hours from office of the Chief Postmaster Railway Road Faisalabad GPO on production of original Receipt ACG-67 of Rs.1000/- (nonrefundable) which can be obtained by depositing Rs.1000/- against tender documents. 2. The last date of receiving tender documents is 05-11-2024 by 11:30 AM. 3. The tender rates will be offered per unit basis and the same will be inclusive of WHT & GST. The rates will be valid up to June-2025. 4. The firm/contractor will supply the stationery items at offices Faisalabad GPO, DSPS Faisalabad, DS MST F Division Faisalabad, Senior Postmaster Toba Tek Singh, Senior Postmaster Jhang GPO, and DSPS Jhang at his own transportation cost. 5. The firm/contractor will attached the below noted documents/ information along with the tender documents, otherwise tender document will not be accepted for tendering process. i. Earnest money of Rs.50000/- in favor of Chief Postmaster Faisalabad GPO in shape of demand draft or CDR.
